EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you would like to request an exchange or return, please email us at sales@paper-it.com within 2–3 business days of your request. Our team may ask for additional details or photographs to assess the request.

Please note that discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

HOW TO REQUEST
• Inform us within 7 days of delivery
• Email your order number along with product images to sales@paper-it.com
• Once approved, ship the product to the address below:

SHIPPING
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
• We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product

CONDITIONS
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All original tags and documents must be included
• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted

Please note:We do not offer refunds on any products sold. However, we provide an exchange in the form of a store credit (coupon code), valid for 6 months.
