How do I register and start my new account?

To start a new account, simply click on the top-right icon, which will lead you to the registration page. Next, fill in the details as asked and click on ‘Create’ to move ahead. Once your account is successfully created, we’ll send you a confirmation email on your registered ID. You can log in using your user and password and start shopping. 

Is it essential to have an account to shop on Paperit?

Yes, if you want to shop on Paperit, you must register and create an account beforehand. Registration also gives you access to various discount coupons. 

I need personal assistance with my order. Who do I contact?

How do I personalize my product? 

Simple! All you have to do is pick your product, select the size, add quantity and personalize it with your name, text, art or design!

How can I cancel my order?

For any cancellation, please mail us at  info@paper-it.com. Please note that we can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed for printing or delivery. In case the order is processed or out for delivery, we will not be able to cancel it. 

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?

Generally, order refunds are processed and sent out within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to the respective account for payments made via credit/debit card or net-banking. Please note that we only control the release of the amount from our side, and acceptance of the amount depends on the credit card issuing bank. 

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can check your order status by clicking on the “Track your order” link at the bottom of the footer or via use this link https://paperit.in/track-your-order/.

What payment methods are available at Paperit? 

We accept  Credit (Wallets), Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, Airtel Payment Bank, PAYTM and more. All the online payments are processed through encrypted gateways for secure net banking transactions. 

How do I use my Promo Code?

Promo codes can be redeemed during the checkout process. Simply type your code in the “Apply Promo Code” section and click on the “Apply” box under your Order Summary.  Please note that only one promo code can be applied for every order. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Due to various complications amid COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and shipping orders. We thank you for your patience as we all manage this difficult time. Typically, our standard delivery time is within 7-10 working days.
